Yes, all of our fragrances are phthalate-free.

All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free, created without any suspected or confirmed carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or phthalates. All of our fragrance oils meet International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM) standards. Our 50mL bottles are water-based, with sustainably sourced glacier water from isolated regions in Southcentral Alaska that are free from both human and environmental pollutants. Our rollerballs are oil-based, blending our signature fragrance oils with non-GMO coconut oil from Malaysia.

All of our parfums are free of drying, ethanol-based alcohols. Benzyl alcohol, which is used as a preservative, will not strip the skin of oils needed for a healthy skin barrier.

As our products are all handmade, we do not accept returns unless your product arrives damaged or defective. If a product arrives as such, take a picture of it within 48 hours of arrival and email it to hello@vinciparfum.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge. If your product has a defective pump, we are more than happy to send a replacement part.

Please notify us as soon as possible with a cancellation request by emailing hello@vinciparfum.com. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders are shipped within two business days from the date the order is placed.
