Yes, all of our fragrances are phthalate free.

At Freesia, clean is not a trend – it’s our foundation. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, created without carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or phthalates.

Our full size bottles are water-based, with sustainably sourced glacier water from isolated regions in Southcentral Alaska that are free from both human and environmental pollutants. Our rollerballs are oil-based, blending our signature fragrance oils with non-GMO coconut oil from Malaysia.

All of our parfums are free of drying, ethanol-based alcohols. Benzyl alcohol, which is used as a preservative, will not strip the skin of oils needed for a healthy skin barrier.

As our products are all handmade, we do not accept returns unless your product arrives damaged or defective. If a product arrives as such, take a picture of it within 48 hours of arrival and email it to hello@freesiaparfum.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge. If your product has a defective pump, we are more than happy to send a replacement part.

Please notify us as soon as possible with a cancellation request by emailing hello@freesiaparfum.com. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders are shipped within two business days from the date the order is placed.
